Sarah Kelley

Sarah holds a Master's Degree in Counselor Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a National Certified Counselor. She provides therapy to adolescents (ages 10-18), young college students, and adults (18+). She primarily works with anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation and self-harm, life transitions, low self-esteem, and ADHD. She comes from a counseling lens that aims to empower her clients to overcome life challenges and learn to cope with their emotions. She counsels from a holistic perspective where she emphasizes total wellness for her clients.

Sarah approaches all sessions with compassion and empathy, and she is passionate about creating a safe and comfortable space for all clients. She believes counseling can be fun, and she incorporates psychoeducational games and activities when appropriate. She utilizes techniques derived from Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Feminist Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy.
